The band Josephine plays a dynamic hybrid of ultra melodic post-punk and roots rock. Fronted by the dual vocals of quirky singer songwriter Sarah White and punk legend Michael Bishop, the band do-si-dos organically from graceful acoustic simplicity to shit-kicking honky tonk to driving, punk-inspired hard rock owing as much to the Sex Pistols, Minutemen and X as Wilco, Son Volt, and PJ Harvey.
